Both rooms in this flat are available. Each one is 800€ + electricity bills.

Rent term is start of August or September 2024 to the end of May 2025. Sorry, no shorter and no longer.

Shared bathroom and kitchen. There is no shared sitting room but the rooms are big. Check out the pictures for a plan of the flat.

Included in the rent:

- Furnished private bedroom, double bed with a memory-foam mattress, washable mattress cover and clean duvet and pillow and wool blankets
- Fully-equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, cups, cutlery, electric cooking and oven
- High-speed (fibre optic) wifi
- Washing machine (no dryer, we line dry or there is a launderette closeby in the street)
- Building charges and building insurance

Not included in the rent:
- Electricity bills - at the moment these come to maximum 75€ each per month, but it depends on your use

The area is at the northernmost edge of the 10th arrondissement and is known as Little India. It's a very little India indeed though, as in about 25 paces you're out of it and in the Canal Saint Martin district with lots of hipster bars and cafés. Gare du Nord is a 7-min walk away, so public transport is really good here: RER lines B, D and E, metro lines 2, 4, 5 and 7 plus a whole bunch of buses. Montmartre is 15 mins walk away. It's a 45 minute walk to the Seine (or 2 stops on the RER B). Ideal location for biking about.

This is a homely home, not a party flat.

I would like some kind of proof that you can pay your rent, plus a scan of your passport and 1600€ deposit to secure each room. I'll refund that deposit in full when you leave so long as everything is left as found.
